Vacation and Bonus Sell Back program. One time per year starting in calendar year 2018 and 2019, Lieutenants will be allowed to sell back to the City up to 80 hours total of a combination of vacation or bonus time at their rate of pay at the time of the sell back. This is a total combined time of 80 hours. This time must be already accrued at the date and time of the sell back program. Lieutenants will be required to complete the necessary forms to Human Resources within the appropriate deadlines to receive this payout of time.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
