Common use of Vacation and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be entitled to 20 days’ paid vacation, plus an additional two floating holidays and two personal days, as per Company policy to be established. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in all insurance and other fringe benefit programs of the Company to the extent and on the same terms and conditions as are accorded to other officers and key employees of the Company.
