Common use of Vacation and Other Absences Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Other Absences. The Executive shall be entitled to the number of paid vacation days in each calendar year determined by the Company from time to time for its senior executive officers generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid absences for holidays or illnesses in accordance with the Company's plans, policies or provisions applicable to senior executive employees.
