Common use of Vacation and Other Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s annual rate of vacation accrual shall be four (4) weeks per year, with such vacation to accrue and be subject to the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including any policy which may limit vacation accruals and/or limit the amount of accrued but unused vacation to carry over from year to year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s annual rate of vacation accrual shall be no less than four (4) weeks per year, with such vacation to accrue and be subject to the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including any policy which may limit vacation accruals and/or limit the amount of accrued but unused vacation to carry over from year to year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.
