Common use of Vacation and Other Paid Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Other Paid Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation time and other paid leaves, whether for holidays, illnesses or similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, practices, policies and programs applicable to other senior executives of the Company.
