Common use of Vacation and Other Paid Time Off Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Other Paid Time Off. You will receive paid holiday, vacation, and sick time, on an annualized basis, as follows: • up to eleven (11) paid holidays per calendar year, such days to be allocated to those official U.S. federal and/or state holidays observed in Massachusetts, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between you and Arsanis; • up to twenty-five (25) days of paid vacation per calendar year, (accruing at a rate of 2.08 days per month), subject to the Company’s vacation policy and to be taken at such times as may be approved by the Company; and • paid sick leave as required, subject to the Company’s sick leave policy and applicable law.
