Vacation and Work Schedule. Any teacher who is in receipt of an administrative allowance as provided in article 4 shall accept the responsibility for having their school units operational on the commencement day of each school term, semester, or other division of the school year. 4.5.2.1. Principals and vice-principals will receive one two hundredth (1/200) of the rate of their total salary for each workday, or one four hundredth (1/400) per half (1/2) day (less than three (3) hours), outside the operational calendar in which they are directed in writing by the School Division to be at work.
