Vacation, Fringe and Other Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to the number of vacation days customarily accorded senior executives of the Company. In addition, during the Period of Employment, the Company shall pay Executive $600 per month for leasing (plus maintenance and insurance) of an automobile and shall make the initial capital cost reduction payment with respect to the leasing of such automobile on Executive's behalf. The Company shall also reimburse Executive for all initiation fees and monthly dues for membership in a club suitable for entertaining clients of the Company. The Company shall bear the cost of any increased tax liability of Executive caused by the payment of the capital cost reduction payment referred to in the second sentence and by payment of the initiation fees referred in the third sentence of this Section 4.2.
