Common use of Vacation in Year of Retirement Clause in Contracts

Vacation in Year of Retirement. Any Regular Full-Time Employee: (i) who has reached minimum retirement age as defined in the Rules made under the authority of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act and has completed at least ten (10) years of pensionable service in accordance with and as defined in the said Act; or (ii) whose age and years of service with the Employer total eighty (80) years or more, shall be entitled to receive full annual vacation on termination of employment for any reason. All other employees who leave the service shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the appropriate Clauses in this Agreement.
