Vacation Pay on Notice.
(a) An employee shall be provided with his/her full vacation pay on the last payday preceding his/her scheduled vacation. Vacation pay shall be accompanied by a complete statement outlining the basis upon which the vacation pay was calculated.
(b) Employees who choose to split their vacation entitlement shall be entitled to receive an advance of up to one-half of his/her vacation pay accumulated to date of request. This advance if requested, shall be made available on the payday preceding the first vacation period scheduled in any year provided it was requested two weeks in advance of that payday.
