Validation of Tools. Each Employee shall provide the Employer with a list of their tools which shall be checked off and validated by the Employer for the purposes of this clause (ie for provision, standard and compensation purposes). The validation process shall be conducted at the following times: ▪ When a new Employee begins employment with the Company; ▪ Within 3 months of the commencement of this Agreement for existing Employees; ▪ Annually.
