Validity of Propulsion Systems Prices. It is understood that the prices cited above and the price revision formulas referred to in Subclause 5.2 concerning the Propulsion Systems and related equipment are based on information received from the Propulsion Systems manufacturer and remain subject to any modifications that might be jointly communicated by the Propulsion Systems manufacturer and the Buyer to the Seller and the Manufacturer.
