If any provision of this Agreement, Agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstancecircumstance shall, is held for any reason and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, Agreement shall not be affected thereby (and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, circumstances shall not be affected thereby), and but rather shall be enforced to such end, the provisions of this Agreement are agreed to be severablegreatest extent permitted by law.
