Common use of Valuation Activities Clause in Contracts

Valuation Activities. Seller shall obtain all information and make all decisions regarding the valuation of the Property, including but not limited to performing the following: (a) Ordering CMA's, BPO's, appraisals, and reviews as necessary to determine the value and selling price of the Property; and (b) Regularly reviewing the Property's value, and making adjustments to the Listing Price as Seller may deem necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.
