Common use of VALUATION AND CURRENCY Clause in Contracts

VALUATION AND CURRENCY. All amounts stated in this policy are expressed in United States dollars and all amounts payable under this policy are payable in United States dollars. If a judgment rendered or settlement entered into under this policy are stated in a currency other than United States dollars, then payment under this policy shall be made in United States dollars at the rate of exchange published in the Wall Street Journal on the date the final judgment is rendered or the settlement payment is established.
