Value Engineering Report. If, upon completing its review of the Design Documents, XXXX believes that Work of the Project depicted in the Design Documents, construction processes/procedures, specified materials/equipment or other aspects of the Design Documents can be modified to reduce Construction Costs and/or the time for achieving Final Completion of the Project and/or to extend life-cycle and/or to reduce maintenance/operations costs, without diminution in the quality of materials/equipment/workmanship, scope or intended purposes of the Project, XXXX shall identify the same in writing (the “VE Report”) for review and acceptance by Agency.
