Common use of Value of Respective Interests Clause in Contracts

Value of Respective Interests. If the Property Value is determined in the proceeding pursuant to which the Premises shall have been taken, the Property Value and consequent Remaining Value so determined shall be conclusive upon the Port and Tenant. If these values shall not have been so determined, they shall be fixed by agreement between the Port and Tenant.
