Common use of Variable Payment Clause in Contracts

Variable Payment. 1.2.1. A Variable Payment, payable at the end of each contract Year, intended as a further contribution to overhead, supervision and other costs, the amount of which is determined based upon and reflective of the Net Change in Attachment of patients attached to the Clinic since the Baseline Date. The method for determining the Net Change in Attachment is described in Appendix 3.
