Variable Week. The employee may vary the length of the workweek as well as the length of each workday. The employee must account for 10 days per pay period, at least 80 hours per pay period, and core hours on each workday. For a part-time employee, the basic work requirement is the number of hours the employee must work in a pay period. Credit hours may be earned.
