The morphological pressures explained 0.8%, 1.1% and 1.8% of the variance rispectively in Austrian, German and Italian lakes. Morphomentry and geology explained 1.7% and 2.3% of the variance rispectively in Italian and German while none in Austrian lakes. The spatial component 8.5%, 3.5% and 3.9% in Italian, German and Austrian lakes (Fig.3).
