VARIATION AND TERMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP. 13.1. The Bank may at any time, upon notice to you, terminate or vary its business relationship with you and close your M-Shwari Account and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Bank may cancel credits which it has granted and require the repayment of outstanding debts resulting therefrom within such time as the Bank may determine.
