Variation of tariff or type of tariff on request. (a) If you think you satisfy the conditions applying to another tariff or type of tariff under our standing offer prices, you can ask us to review your current circumstances to see whether that tariff or type of tariff can apply to you.
(b) If you meet the requirements for another tariff or type of tariff and request us to do so, we must:
(i) transfer you to that other tariff within 10 business days; or
(ii) transfer you to that other type of tariff from the date the meter is read or the type of meter is changed (if needed).

(b) if an electrical meter or HWS meter read or change of meter is required, from that date.
