Variation or determination. (1) The parties to this Agreement may from time to time by agreement in writing add to, substitute for, cancel or vary all or any of the provisions of this Agreement for the purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily implementing or facilitating any of the objects of this Agreement.

Variation or determination. Subclause (1) Enables the Agreement to be varied from time to time by agreement in writing between the parties for the purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily implementing or facilitating any of the objects of the Agreement. Subclause (2) Requires any variation to the Agreement to be tabled in both Houses of Parliament. Subclause (3) Details when the variation will come into operation. (1) The parties to this Agreement may from time to time by 3 agreement in writing add to, substitute for, cancel or vary 4 all or any of the provisions of this Agreement for the 5 purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily 6 implementing or facilitating any of the objects of this 7 Agreement. 8 (2) The Minister shall cause any agreement made pursuant to 9 subclause (1) to be laid on the Table of each House of 10 Parliament within 12 sitting days next following its 11 execution. 12 (3) Either House may, within 12 sitting days of that House 13 after the agreement has been laid before it, pass a 14 resolution disallowing the agreement, but if after the last 15 day on which the agreement might have been disallowed 16 neither House has passed such a resolution the agreement 17 shall have effect from and after that last day. 18 (4) The parties may at any time by mutual agreement 19 determine this Agreement, PROVIDED THAT no matter 20 in connection with a failure by the parties to agree under 21 this subclause (4) shall be referable to arbitration 22 hereunder.
