Common use of Variation to the Services or Funding Clause in Contracts

Variation to the Services or Funding. The parties acknowledge that: (a) the Service Agreement may be varied by an authorised representative of both parties agreeing to the variation in writing; (b) a variation which reduces the scope of the Services may result in a reduction of the amount of Funding provided to You under the Service Agreement; or (c) a variation which increases the scope of the Services may result in an increase to the amount of Funding provided to You under the Service Agreement.
