Variations and Further Assurance. (a) No amendment, variation or other change to this Agreement or the SLA shall be valid unless authorised in accordance with the change control procedure as set out in the Change Control Schedule set out in Schedule II of this Agreement. Such amendment shall be made in writing and signed by the duly authorised representatives of the Parties to this Agreement or the SLA.
