Common use of Varicose Veins/ Varicose Ulcers Clause in Contracts

Varicose Veins/ Varicose Ulcers. In the event that any of the above Illnesses/conditions are Pre-existing Diseases at the Policy Period Start Date or are subsequently found to be Pre-Existing Diseases, then that Illness/condition shall be covered in accordance with the terms, conditions and exclusions of the Policy after the completion of the Pre-Existing Diseases waiting period stated above.

Varicose Veins/ Varicose Ulcers. In the event that any of the above Illnesses/conditions are Pre-Pre- existing Diseases at the Policy Period Start Date or are subsequently found to be Pre-Existing Diseases, then that Illness/condition shall be covered in accordance with the terms, conditions and exclusions of the Policy after the completion of the Pre-Existing Diseases waiting period stated aboveabove under Exclusion No. 4.1.
