Vehicle Control. Any Contractor personnel entering upon the Facility shall remove the ignition keys of their vehicle and lock the vehicle when they leave it for any reason. Contractors shall ensure that all equipment in, on or around the vehicles is secured and inaccessible to anyone else while in the Facility.
