Common use of Vehicle Equipment Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Equipment. Upon its delivery the Vehicle is equipped in accordance with the requirements of the regulations in force. The Lessee shall ensure that such condition and equipment is maintained during the rental period and that the Vehicle’s equipment is the same on its return to the Lessor. The Lessee shall ensure that the Vehicle meets all statutory requirements and periodic checks (including the state mandatory technical inspection) and services are duly performed according to the service manual of the Vehicle by the deadlines prescribed by the manufacturer and the regulatory enactments. Services and repairs must be performed by an authorized service provider or by another service provider approved by the Lessor in advance.
