Vehicle Integrity. A. Damage which compromises the integrity of the vehicle, repaired or not, will be grounds for rejecting the vehicle as a permanent reject. Minor damage that has not been repaired (i.e., small dents, scrapes, or scratches) which does not compromise the structural integrity of the vehicle is acceptable on the following components:
