Common use of Vehicle operators Clause in Contracts

Vehicle operators. If the Director of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development has established a schedule of wage rates to be paid to the operators of trucks, vehicles or equipment for the Services, CONTRACTOR shall be obligated to pay such operators at least the minimum wage rate contained on such schedule. (See M.G.L. c.149, §§ 26-27H).
