Vehicle Policy. When an assigned vehicle is not available due to an accident, maintenance or repairs, or any other similar reason, a replacement vehicle will be provided. Every effort will be made to provide a comparably equipped vehicle.

The Tenant must follow rules and laws of the city Parking Department concerning parking. Tenant must obtain all necessary parking permits and information for himself and guests. Landlord is not responsible for tenant’s parking needs. Off street parking is not provided by landlord, unless otherwise noted in this agreement.
Vehicle Policy. 9.2.1 City vehicle use is to be consistent with the City of Xxxxx Vehicle Use Policy as may be amended from time to time, which shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement. City vehicles are to be used for official City business. When using a City vehicle, unit members should always be aware of the public’s perception with regard to the type of establishment visited, the purpose of the stop, and the length of the stop. Unless otherwise stated, all mileage reimbursement will be in accordance with IRS rates.

Vehicle Policy. 22.1 Vehicle Requirements All nurses will be required to satisfy the following requirements: A. A nurse required, or who may be required to operate a motor vehicle in her work, must possess a valid State of Ohio driver's license. B. Such nurse must satisfy the requirement of maintaining at least the minimum automobile liability insurance coverage required by the County of Summit. C. A nurse required to have a vehicle during the workday shall have an automobile available.

Vehicle Policy. 1. Approval is required by the City Manager or their designee for any City vehicle to be taken home by an employee. 2. Approval is required by the City Manager for any individual occupying a classification eligible for the auto allowance to receive the compensation. 3. The auto allowance for qualifying employees is two hundred seven dollars and sixty-nine cents ($207.69) bi-weekly. 4. No unit employee shall have their automobile allowance eliminated until the City’s Fleet Management Policy is re-negotiated. 5. Eligibility for automobile allowance shall be determined in accordance with the City’s Fleet Management Program dated August 1999 and as specified pursuant to Administrative Regulations 407 and 604. 6. Employees assigned to drive a City vehicle and/or employees receiving an Auto Allowance will participate in the DMV Pull Notice Program. 7.
