Common use of Vehicle Rentals Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Rentals. The Recipient is expected to use a rental vehicle for travel over 150km or where the cost of using a rental vehicle is lower than the cost of using a private vehicle. The Recipient must ensure that it obtains a competitive rate for vehicle rentals as well as purchase the ‘Personal Accident Insurance and the Collision Damage Waiver’ options. FII will only share the cost of compact or mid-sized cars requirements.
