Common use of Vehicle Spills Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Spills. Contractor is required to assure that all vehicles, including those of Subcontractors and suppliers, used in the performance of work for Con Xxxxxx are maintained in good working condition and are not leaking any Standard Purchase Order 4141737, 2 fluids. Particular attention is to be paid, without limitation, to hydraulic systems on each vehicle.
