VEHICLE UTILITY CARTS. Contractor may provide utility carts for employees, if necessary, to complete Scope of Work. Carts are not permitted to park in front of buildings or in pathways blocking pedestrian access points. Drivers shall possess a valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age or older and abide by all applicable local, State and Federal laws related to cart safety. Weather protection of equipment is the responsibility of the Contractor.
