Vehicles for Work. The Employer has limited resources and therefore will only have a limited number of fleet vehicles available for all employees in the entire organization. The primary emphasis for employee transportation related to work shall be usage of personal vehicles for which employees will be reimbursed for mileage at the OFM rate. DRAFT NOT FINAL DO NOT DISTRIBUTE To the extent the Employer makes limited District vehicles available for work purposes, the Employer and the WSNA agree that reliable vehicles are necessary and important. The Employer will make reasonable efforts to maintain such vehicles on a consistent basis. The District will make available for inspection by the bargaining unit vehicle maintenance records. The management of these occupational health and safety issues will assist to eliminate a contributing factor to workplace injuries and accidents.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work).   • Service and Repairs We will make reasonable efforts to maintain our cable system and respond to service calls in a timely manner. We will repair damage to Equipment, or interruption of Service, due to reasonable wear and tear or technical malfunction. Physical damage to Equipment caused by intentional or negligent misuse is your sole responsibility and you must pay us for the cost of repair or replacement.
