Vendor Administrator. The person designated at the vendor organization who is the CBI’s primary point of contact for employee approvals, denials, and subsequent arrests, as well as vendor audits.
Vendor Administrator. Vendor shall appoint one individual who will work with the PBC on a full time basis with availability 24x7 for the Term (the “Administrator”). (The PBC Project Managers and the Administrator shall be referred to collectively as the “Project Managers” and individually as a “Project Manager.”) The Administrator shall coordinate the performance of Vendor’s obligations under, and shall act as Vendor’s representative regarding, this Agreement. The Administrator will serve as the single point of accountability for the Services and have the authority on behalf of Vendor to decide all questions of a day-to-day nature that may arise under this Agreement. Vendor shall provide to the PBC the resume of any prospective Administrator prior to the assignment of such individual to the Project. Vendor Administrator. Vendor/MTM Center shall at all times designate one or more Vendor Administrators. In the event an unauthorized individual gains access to protected health information, Vendor/MTM Center shall indemnify, defend, and hold Clients and Outcomes harmless from any liability resulting from any breached information.
