Master Servicer definition

Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Servicing Agreement and any successor thereunder.

• All rights and obligations of the Lead Securitization Note Holder described hereunder may be exercised by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator and/or the Trustee on behalf of the Lead Securitization Note Holder.

Master Servicer. With respect to any Securitization Transaction, the “master servicer,” if any, identified in the related transaction documents.
