Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Servicing Agreement and any successor thereunder.

• If any Mortgage Loan is to be repurchased or replaced as contemplated by this Section 5, upon direction by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, the Mortgage Loan Seller shall amend the Mortgage Loan Schedule to reflect the removal of any Deleted Mortgage Loan and, if applicable, the substitution of the related Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan(s) and deliver or cause the delivery of such amended Mortgage Loan Schedule to the parties to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
