VENDOR AND ITS EMPLOYEES. (a) Vendor shall be an independent contractor and shall not hold itself out as an agent of Market. Vendor shall be solely responsible for the compensation, hiring and firing of its employees. (b) Vendor is solely responsible for the training, supervision and safety of its employees and for providing all necessary tools and equipment, including safety equipment.
