Vendor’s HST Certificate. a certificate of the Vendor to indicate whether or not the Vendor is registered under the Harmonized Sales Tax provisions of the Excise Tax Act and the Vendor’s registration number shall be provided therein, such certificate to be prepared at the expense of the Purchaser;
