Common use of Ventilating Clause in Contracts

Ventilating. On the Jobsite, Contractor shall: (i) Prevent hazardous accumulations of dust, fumes, mists, vapors or gases in areas occupied during construction/installation; (ii) Provide local ventilation to prevent harmful accumulation of hazardous substances into atmosphere of occupied areas; (iii) Dispose of materials in a manner that will not result in harmful exposure to persons or disrupt or otherwise affect operation of existing facilities. (iv) Ventilate storage spaces containing hazardous, volatile or high temperature sensitive materials.
