Should the Parties fail to agree by means of amicable negotiations within the time period of thirty (30) days from the date of serving of the respective written complaint to the other Party, the Parties shall submit all their disputes arising out of or inconnection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
