Assignment Order. For every Assignment, a separate Assignment Order (based on Draft of the Assignment Order included in Annex C: Draft Assignment Order) will be issued by the Principal and confirmed by the Contractor.
Assignment Order an order, substantially based on the Annex 6 of the Contract, to be issued by the Principal to ESP, certifying the request to perform Design Review Services and (or) Design Expertise Services towards the specific Service Module indicated in Annex 5.
Assignment Order. For greater certainty, the form of Assignment Order attached as Schedule “A-1” hereto is acceptable to the Purchaser in both form and substance and shall not relate to any Additional Non-Assignment Order Assigned Contract.
Assignment Order. By May 25, or within ten (10) work days following certificated staff assignments for summer school (whichever is earlier), BCCHS will notify all unit members that request to work during the summer of the designated on-line application process for such positions. Any special skills that are required will be identified in the on-line application. Selection for summer assignments shall be made from a list of unit members by job classification who have applied on-line and who have the required skills. The rotation order shall begin within the priority group (see Section 10.6.2) with the most senior unit member; if the most senior unit member within that priority group rejects the offer, the next most senior (within the priority group) shall be offered the option, and so on, before moving to the next priority group and continuing the process starting with the most senior until the position is filled. Placements shall be made in the following order:
a. Regular classified unit members in the same job classification;
b. Regular classified unit members in a similar job classification who are qualified and have applied;
c. Regular classified unit members in other job classifications who are qualified and have applied; and then
d. Other individuals who are qualified (including retirees).

Assignment Order a document or information issued by Principal and confirmed by Service Provider, which defines tasks, Deliverables, amount of remuneration and Schedule of reaching respective Milstones and Deliverables according the Annex CS(cope of Services) and Annex D (Service Schedule and Rate)s.

A CMF Reserve Flight Attendant will be given reserve assignments first from among Reserve Flight Attendants with the same days of availability and with the same on-call periods until such CMF Reserve Flight Attendant works fifty (50) credit hours. Once a CMF Reserve Flight Attendant works fifty (50) credit hours, she/he will be by passed by Crew Scheduling for assignments until all Reserve Flight Attendants in the same base as the CMF Reserve Flight Attendant have worked fifty (50) credit hours. Once all Reserve Flight Attendants in that base have worked fifty (50) credit hours, the CMF Reserve Flight Attendant will again begin receiving reserve assignments first from among Reserve Flight Attendants with the same days of availability and with the same on-call periods in FIFO order.
b. A CMF Reserve Flight Attendant will be given reserve assignments first from among Reserve Flight Attendants with the same days of availability and with the same on-call periods until such CMF Reserve Flight Attendant works the Minimum Monthly Guarantee. Once a CMF Reserve Flight Attendant works the Minimum Monthly Guarantee, she/he will be bypassed by Crew Scheduling for assignments until all Reserve Flight Attendants in the same base as the CMF Reserve Flight Attendant have worked the Minimum Monthly Guarantee. Once all Reserve Flight Attendants in that base have worked the Minimum Monthly Guarantee, the CMF Reserve Flight Attendant will again begin receiving reserve assignments first from among Reserve Flight Attendants with the same days of availability and with the same on-call periods in FIFO order.
Assignment Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Assignment Order, in form and substance satisfactory to Buyer, directing Sellers to assume and assign to Buyer the Assigned Contracts (including the HQ Lease and the Designated Licenses), which licenses, Designated Licenses, contracts and leases shall be assigned, subject to the provisions of Section 7.1, without any cure cost to Buyer or adequate assurance of future performance liability pursuant to Sections 365(b) and 365(f)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.
