Common use of VENUE RENTAL FEE Clause in Contracts

VENUE RENTAL FEE. 1.1 The CLIENT agrees to pay a non-refundable DATE DEPOSIT of $1,000.00. The DATE DEPOSIT payment is to reserve the use of the VENUE for the specified date of EVENT and is payable when the Contract is executed.
