Buyer shall complete a physical or virtual site visit (or, at Xxxxx’s sole discretion, waive such a visit) on the Verification Date to verify that the Generating Facility was developed in accordance with the Generating Facility and Site Description set forth in Exhibit B and to determine the Contract Capacity.
