Verification of criteria. The question of whether an employee is eligible for the bonus and of the grounds on which any bonus should be paid shall be settled on 30 November of each year. The criteria that are verified at this time shall be applied until the next time of review. The duration and continuity of employment shall be determined in the same way as eligibility for benefits under the Annual Holidays Act.
