Seniority Bonus. A seniority bonus shall be paid to the employee on the normal wage payment day soonest following 1 December as a separate bonus according to the length of the employee’s continuous employment at the end of November of the same year. The time of payment of the seniority bonus may be changed by local agreement. The agreement shall affect all employees who are eligible for a seniority bonus.

Seniority Bonus. Full-time registered nurses shall receive the following bonus during the month in which the annual anniversary of their Hospital date of hire or adjusted date of hire occurs (i.e., based on Hospital seniority). Part-time nurses shall receive a proportional pro-rata amount based on the number of hours that they hold on the first of the month in which their anniversary occurs.
