Seniority BonusA seniority bonus shall be paid to the employee on the normal wage payment day soonest following 1 December as a separate bonus according to the length of the employee’s continuous employment at the end of November of the same year. The time of payment of the seniority bonus may be changed by local agreement. The agreement shall affect all employees who are eligible for a seniority bonus.
Seniority Bonus. All Employees who have the following continuous years of seniority shall receive the following amounts as a bonus once a year at the anniversary date of the Employee: 7 through 10 years of service $650 11 through 15 years of service $850 16 through 20 years of service $1050 21 through 25 years of service $1250 26 years of service and above $1450
Seniority Bonus. All employees with eighteen (18) years or more of continuous seniority will be granted a seniority bonus of one (1) week's pay either at Christmas or at the time of their vacation, as the employee chooses.

Seniority Bonus. Entire section does not apply
Seniority Bonus. All sponsors or coaches in an activity or sport will receive an additional $200 annually after ten (10) consecutive years of service in the same activity and $250 annually after twenty (20) consecutive years of service in the same activity.
Seniority Bonus. The seniority bonus is based on years of service with the Company as of December 31st of each year. To be eligible, an employee must have one (1) full year of service with the Company as of December 31st, and it is not pro-rated. For each year of accumulated service on December 31st, an employee will receive one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars plus CPI to a maximum of five (5) years. Following five (5) years of service, Seniority Bonus will be increased by five hundred ($500.00) dollars plus C.P.I. per year of service. Effective January 1, 2012, seniority bonus maximum shall increase to a maximum of nine thousand ($9,000.00) plus C.P.I. Officers who qualify for the maximum bonus in 2012 shall receive payout for the difference between the nine thousand ($9,000.00) and the amount payed out in December, 2012. Company shall pay Seniority Bonus in December of each year.
Seniority BonusEffective January 1, 2018, once an employee has reached step 8 of their pay grade (topped out) the employee will receive a two (2%) percent seniority bonus beginning with the following anniversary date, and on each anniversary date for the remainder of their employment with the City of Mesquite. The seniority bonus will be included into the employee's hourly rate (PERS reportable). The seniority bonus will not be added to the step and grades. The seniority bonus is not a cost of living nor the functional equivalent of a cost of living adjustment.
