Verification of Escrow Materials. 3.1 When Escrow Agent receives the Escrow Materials accompanied by Exhibit A attached hereto, Escrow Agent will conduct a deposit inspection by visually matching the labeling of the tangible media containing the Escrow Materials to the item descriptions and quantity listed on Exhibit A hereto, payment for which shall be made by Amexco.
