Verification of Lead Times. Design Build Entity shall verify lead times and availability of all Project materials, supplies, and FF&E and ensure that all of these will be available so that Design Build Entity can perform the Work pursuant to the Contract Time. Design Build Entity shall also provide other options to Judicial Council regarding other possible and more available equipment, materials, supplies, fixtures, or furnishings.
