Common use of Verify employees assigned to the Subcontract Clause in Contracts

Verify employees assigned to the Subcontract. For each employee assigned to the Subcontract, initiate verification within 90 calendar days after date of enrollment or within 30 calendar days of the employee’s assignment to the Subcontract, whichever date is later (but see paragraph B (4) of this section).
