VESSEL EXPENSES. 8.1. Upon receipt of a request for funds for the Vessel pursuant to Clause 3.3.7 (iii) the Owners shall pay such funds into the Vessel Account, provided that such request is made in respect of items and amounts accounted for in the Annual Budget or made in respect of items or amounts for which the Managers do not require the approval of the Owners pursuant to Clause 3.3.6.
